Rooms in Les Pléiades building are basic but functional. Conveniently located near the centre of the resort behind the former Alba Résidence, Les Pléiades building is about 400 metres from the central square (place central), 100 meters from shops, 300 meters from restaurants and 900 meters from the main ski lift, “Médran”.

A bus stop is located just below the building on the main road. Buses (free of charge) which take you all around the resort stop every 15 minutes. The ride to the “Médran” ski lift takes approximately 5 to 8 minutes.

All rooms have a balcony and are equipped with a small fridge, a kettle, a microwave oven and a toaster.

Facilities outside the Residence Alba:
Sport Centre (with swimming pool, squash courts, ice ring, etc.) is located 500m from Les Pléiades.

Studio - 36 m2 - sleeps 4

1 bedroom with 4 single beds + 1 bathroom/WC with bath + kitchenette with two hotplates, south facing balcony

• Long term: CHF 2’000.- per month, all charges included
• Short term: CHF 290.- per night, all charges included

 Room - 14m2 - sleeps 2 

1 small room with 2 separate single beds next to each other’s + 1 bathroom/WC with bath, east facing balcony – NO KITCHEN

• Long term: CHF 850.- per month, all charges included
• Short term: CHF 250.- per night, all charges included
• Linen: Available for CHF 20.- extra per set and include sheet, duvet cover, pillow case, one bath towel and one hand towel.
• Rent payment: For long term stays, one month’s rent deposit will be required. First month’s rent is payable in advance upon arrival. Subsequent rents are due on a monthly basis before the 5th of each month.
• Cleaning:  CHF 40.-/hour of cleaning.
• You can directly clean the room at the end of your stay  which means that you will not have to pay the final cleaning only provided that the room is left in the exact same condition as on arrival.

N.B.  each room and studio is equipped with a small fridge, a micro wave oven, a kettle, a toaster, a table and enough cutlery and chairs for the number tenants staying in the room.
