Chalet Ker Praet is a classic traditional Swiss chalet, set in its own grounds, located a short walk from the Place Centrale, Verbier’s centre.

It is comfortable and spacious, with easy access to the Medran and Savoleyres lift systems. You can ski back to within 70m of the chalet which brings you to the bottom of piste Rouge where one of Verbier's sunniest Après Ski bars is situated.

The chalet is ideal for large groups or families. Its 8 bedrooms, either twin or double and generous reception rooms, provide enough space and facilities to ensure a comfortable and relaxed holiday.

The chalet is laid out over four floors with a wonderful living area with bar and open fire, where you can recline after an exhilarating day's skiing. Two large south west facing balconies provide stunning panoramic views over the Grand Combin and Mt Blanc ranges. There is a separate dining room for relaxed atmospheric dining and a sauna with wet room to ease away the days exertions.

A new children's play room has also recently been added. It is fully equipped with games, TV and DVD library giving your children somewhere of their own to relax after a day on the slopes.

The bedrooms are all well proportioned, making them suitable for adult sharers as well as for couples. The chalet has seven twin bedrooms (three with en-suite bathrooms) and a master double with en-suite. There are a further two separate bathrooms and one shower room (total five bathrooms, two shower rooms).

Meals are prepared by our professional chef.

Breakfast: is buffet style, with breads, preserves, cereals, fresh fruit salad, yoghurts, fruit juice and fresh coffee or tea. Hot breakfasts are available if requested.

Afternoon tea:is designed to fill a gap after a day on the slopes. Come home to crusty bread and preserves a freshly baked cake, cookies, buns or muffins and tea and coffee.

Dinner: consists of three courses of tasty, freshly prepared, home cooked food with specially chosen complimentary wine, followed by fresh coffee and chocolates. We also have a list of carefully selected wines and champagne which can be purchased from our cellar. If any of your party have special dietary requirements please let us know on booking.

Children: we will prepare children's and baby's meals within reason to suit you. Babysitting can be arranged.

Staff day off: Wednesday is the staff day off. Buffet breakfast and afternoon tea will be laid out and we are happy to make a booking for you at one of the many restaurants in town. If you really want catering at home we will try to organise that for you too.
