This charming chalet is ideally situated just a few minutes walk from the Rue de Medran providing easy access to all local amenities as well as the main lift station.

Beautifully furnished with high quality, alpine inspired pieces, this property offers families and groups of friends a wonderful luxury chalet holiday experience.

Set over two floors, the apartment affords wonderful views over the snow-capped rooftops below and the Mont Blanc Massif in the distance. During the day sun pours in through the floor to ceiling windows on both floors and in the spring months’ guests can relax with an aperitif in the garden on the ground floor or sink into the fur lined chairs on the first-floor terrace.

On the ground floor there is a cosy family snug which is bright and spacious. In the evening relax with a glass of champagne and a good book.

Moving upstairs, here you will find the sophisticated, open plan living and dining area. There are two seating areas, providing lots of space to relax and socialise. Comfy sofas surround the large, open fireplace and a bar separates the kitchen and dining area.

For relaxation after a full day on the slopes you can look forward to unwinding in the chalet's sauna, soothing any aching muscles. There is also a TV and DVD player so you can switch off in front of a film and a music system so you can relax to your favourite tunes.

The chalet is normally provided with a 24 hour 4x4 driver service when sold on a fully catered basis.

Sleeping

The chalet sleeps up to 10 in five bedrooms which are configured as follows:

Dining

The property is let on a catered or self-catered basis. The choice is yours. If you do choose to include catering you will have breakfast, afternoon tea and a 5 course evening meal with complimentary wine and mixers 6 days a week. There will also be a champagne reception on arrival and a ski instructor available for 2 days.
