This is situated close to the centre of town in a beautiful position next to a mountain stream. The chalet is set back from the road and is protected from the noise and bustle of the town.

This beautiful chalet has been refurbished and refurnished to a high specification. It is superbly located in a very quiet and secluded part of Verbier with fantastic panoramic mountain views and benefits from a south facing aspect which ensures day long sunshine from sunrise to sunset. It has been cleverly designed with large windows facing East, South and West to ensure maximum natural light. The chalet is finished in a classic blend of old and new with wooden floors throughout, antique wooden walls and all the mod cons you would expect from a 6 star chalet.

The first floor comprises a spectacular open plan living/dining area, with log fire and breath-taking south facing views across the valley to Brusson. Huge comfy sofas, with a relaxed and contemporary feel, ensure all guests sit comfortably and unwind after a hard day on the slopes. Your host will be happy to serve your pre-dinner drinks and canapes either here or on the large South facing terrace as you watch the last of the sun go down over the village. The dining area with its large table has ample space for all twelve guests. Also on the ground floor is the large cinema room, ski room with ski racks and boot warmers and a sauna room to help soothe those aching muscles!

Outside there is a fabulous wooden decked, south facing terrace and balcony, spa jacuzzi, and a dining table, where perhaps if it is warm enough the chef and hostess will serve your breakfast or canapes, whilst you relax and enjoy the views of the surrounding mountains.

The chalet is situated a few minutes' walk from Verbiers' main Medran lift station, as well as the shops, restaurants and nightlife of the town. Make use of the Ski Armadillo minibus and driver service who will shuttle you to and from the main Medran lift station or you could ski back to the chalet!! There is a 75m path to this chalet.

Sleeping

The sleeping accommodation at Marais Rouge consists of two doubles, a twin and a triple all with en suite facilities on the ground floor and two twin bedrooms on the top floor which share a bathroom. All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space.
