The hotel's restaurant, Brasserie le V, is lead by Chef Romain Hertrich who has designed an international menu featuring specialities like smoked salmon bagels, hand-cut steak tartare, veal schnitzel and a rather surprising local delicacy: Chinese fondue.

• "Upon arrival at the hotel we were welcomed with a smile. Our luggage was taken from the car and the car parked in the hotel underground parking (free of charge). We arrived around 3PM and could go straight to our room, which was on the 2nd floor offering wonderful views of the surrounding mountains. Spacious room, fast wifi, quiet location, bathroom with bath and separate shower. Just perfect! The hotel is located in a quiet street, just 100 meters from the main street of Verbier, so ideally located. Modern design." - Trip Advisor
