The restaurant was created by Benjamin Luzuy, a young Swiss prodigy who runs the Gourmet Brothers catering business and several restaurants in Geneva.
Bottle Brothers is renowned for its delicious selection of mini-burgers which evolve according to seasonal products. Their chefs work exclusively with fresh, quality ingredients selected directly from the best producers (Val d'Herens beef, Scottish salmon, Adret lamb).
