featured in Restaurant reviews Author Ben Gilbert, Verbier Reporter Updated

Being only its second year, Le Bec Brasserie has already got a fantastic reputation for its food and daytime atmosphere at the new meeting point of Verbier; Place Blanche.

Viktor Vestberg the head Chef at Le Bec is dedicated to making great food and has done in Verbier for over 10 years.

Le Bec has a new a new Aprés Ski menu for you all to enjoy. Located just a few steps away from the end of the piste, in 30 seconds you can be sat down enjoying the spacious and stylish bar. Start with one of their half priced cocktails* made from one of their expert barman. They do not have a menu for the cocktails as they can make anything you want, which always means you can trust the bartender.

Sipping on an espresso martini and a classic mojito watching the skiers taking of their skis, we got to ordering the food. We chose the mini burger, Quesadilas, Lamb Rolls, Meatballs and Pulled beef with a crisp tortilla. It was a good amount of food between two after a hard skiing. The main burger on the lunch is really tasty and so is the mini burger. It is not exactly 'mini' it is still a good size for a burger.

We were a little confused about the lamb rolls coming with goats cheese, but after trying them with the mint dip too, it all worked so well. We were very impressed. The meatballs can't go amiss at any time, the spicy tomato sauce is so gooood. The quesadilas are nice and fresh with the chimichurri salsa and add some of the pulled beef on top of that for an insider tip!

Open all year round Le Bec is the new hub of Verbier, with everyone buzzing around it is a haven to grab some food a drink. Ask for the Homemade Lemonade, it is a life saver..
