Pistes in tip-top shape in Verbier
Around 1 or 2 inches of fresh snow on top
February came and brought a small amount of snow that refreshed the pistes in Verbier. With all of the lifts open and the pisteurs doing a great job of keeping the pistes in fantastic conditions, it has been a great week on the slopes.
The pistes have a fresh layer of snow on top and, as there have been minimal crowds, they have been really fun. Off-piste, there is also a layer of powder on top but it is quite crusty underneath. The current avalanche level stands at 2/5.
There are some light dustings of snow forecast for next week.
