Perfect conditions in the 4 Valleys
With decent top-ups of snow throughout the week, the skiing has been great both on and off the pistes this week. The holidays are over and the slopes are quieter meaning, smoother pistes and faster skiing.
Off-piste the snow is good, with fewer people meaning fewer tracks. Avalanche risk is at 3/5 so caution is advised. Towards the end of the day, it can start to feel like spring, especially lower down. However, temperatures are set to drop over the weekend when we are likely to see more snow.
With this new snow and the deep snowpack we already have, the season should end with good snow cover everywhere.
